Before Coming: Vaccination: For the safety of our whole community, we will be requiring that everyone attending in-person worship be fully vaccinated. Regrettably, this does mean that children who are too young to be vaccinated are not able to attend in-person worship at this time. We understand that this is a disappointing decision for some of our families, and we want to assure you that we are working hard to find ways to safely do childrens’ ministry in the current situation. In the meantime, Zoom worship is still available for everyone who is unable or uncomfortable attending in-person worship.
Please do not come to in-person worship if you: -are experiencing cold- or flu- like symptoms or other COVID-associated symptoms such as a loss of taste/smell -have travelled outside the country in the past 14 days -had contact with someone who has a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days
Masks: Please bring a mask that you will wear for the entirety of the time you are in the church building.
When arriving at church: Please enter through the main Narthex doors. There will be a table with hand sanitizer, which we ask you to use upon entry. You will be greeted by ushers, who will record your name and contact details.
We will not be using paper bulletins. The entire order of service, including words to hymns and bible texts, will be projected on a screen for the service. There will be a bookshelf with hymnals immediately to the left inside the sanctuary doors for those who would like to have the music or who need larger print. If you take a hymnal, we ask that you return it to the shelf after the service.
We will not be circulating offering plates during the service. Instead, there will be one offering plate placed on a stand inside the doors to the sanctuary. Please leave your offering there before or after the service. If you would like 2021 offering envelopes, please speak to Bailey before the service. There will also be guest offering envelopes on the back of the chairs.
Chairs have been arranged around the sanctuary to allow for distancing, but we also ask that you make sure to choose a seat that will allow for 2 m distance between you and anyone else who is not a member of your household. It is fine to adjust the positioning of chairs in order to achieve 2m distance.
Congregational singing will not be permitted, but we welcome you to hum under your mask!
For the time being, we will not be gathering for fellowship following the service.
